1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Listing Amplified, currently operated by Robin Nelson (“Listing Amplified,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when individuals use Listing Amplified, Amplified Agents — Powered by Listing Amplified, and related websites, applications, features, and services.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the Founding Beta Participation Agreement.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how the Platform is used, we may collect:

Account and verification information

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Telephone number.
  • Account credentials and authentication information.
  • Real estate license number, license state, and verification status.
  • Brokerage name and professional role.
  • Brokerage or professional address, city, ZIP code, and service areas.
  • Listing Agent, Buyer Agent, or combined role.
  • Account preferences and onboarding responses.

Professional profile information

  • Profile photograph.
  • Professional biography.
  • Brokerage and license information.
  • Professional phone number and email address.
  • Website, scheduling link, and social-media links.
  • Cities, counties, markets, and service areas.
  • Public-profile slug, visibility, and directory preferences.

Listing and media information

  • Property address, price, status, features, descriptions, and other listing details.
  • Photographs, videos, logos, floor plans, documents, and other uploaded media.
  • Listing Agent information and listing relationships.
  • Seller, brokerage, MLS, media, or sharing permissions confirmed by users.
  • Generated captions, scripts, Media Kits, reels, images, landing pages, and related content.

Amplification, lead, and activity information

  • Amplification requests, approvals, denials, and revocations.
  • Listings viewed, amplified, shared, or accessed.
  • Attributed sharing links.
  • Landing-page visits, link clicks, and other measurable Platform activity.
  • Lead-form information, including information a consumer chooses to submit.
  • Lead routing and assignment records.

Opening an external social-media sharing action does not necessarily allow Listing Amplified to verify whether a post was ultimately published or how it performed on the outside platform.

Communications and feedback

  • Support requests.
  • Beta feedback.
  • Survey responses.
  • Reports, complaints, and correspondence.
  • Referral-program activity where applicable.

Technical and usage information

  • IP address.
  • Browser, device, and operating-system information.
  • Authentication tokens and session information.
  • Pages and features used.
  • Dates, times, referring pages, and diagnostic information.
  • Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

Future billing information

The initial complimentary Founding Beta does not require a credit card.

If paid services are enabled later, a payment processor may collect payment-card and billing information directly. Listing Amplified should receive only limited billing information such as customer, subscription, transaction, payment-status, refund, and invoice identifiers. Listing Amplified does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information:

  • Directly from users.
  • Automatically through use of the Platform.
  • From Listing Agents, Amplifying Agents, and consumers who submit lead forms.
  • From service providers supporting the Platform.
  • From public professional-license or business sources when reasonably used for verification.
  • From referral or partner programs when a user participates.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Create, secure, and administer accounts.
  • Verify professional information and Platform eligibility.
  • Operate listing, Media Kit, reel, landing-page, sharing, and amplification features.
  • Display required attribution.
  • Generate requested AI-assisted content.
  • Route leads to the appropriate agent.
  • Create and maintain eligible professional profiles on Amplified Agents.
  • Track measurable Platform activity.
  • Provide support and respond to requests.
  • Send service notices, verification messages, security communications, and product updates.
  • Administer the Founding Beta and referral programs.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
  • Enforce Platform agreements and permissions.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect users, third parties, and the Platform.
  • Analyze and improve Platform performance and features.

5. Public and User-Visible Information

Some professional and listing information is intended to be displayed to other Platform users or the public.

Depending on the user’s role and settings, visible information may include:

  • Name and profile photograph.
  • Brokerage and real estate license information.
  • Professional contact information.
  • Biography, website, scheduling link, and social links.
  • Service areas.
  • Listing and attribution information.
  • “Shared By,” “Listed By,” and “Listing Courtesy Of” information.
  • Basic Amplified Agents profile information.

Users are responsible for keeping professional and listing information accurate.

Users may request correction or removal of a public professional profile by contacting support@listingamplified.com. Some information may be retained privately when reasonably required for security, consent, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal records.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information:

To Platform users and the public

Professional, listing, attribution, landing-page, amplification, and public-directory information may be displayed as necessary to provide the requested features.

To service providers

We may use service providers for application development, hosting, databases, storage, authentication, artificial intelligence, video processing, analytics, email delivery, customer support, referrals, security, and future payment processing.

These providers may process information as needed to perform services for Listing Amplified and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and applicable contractual restrictions.

AI providers may process listing information, images, prompts, and generated outputs when a user requests an AI-assisted feature. Users should not submit unnecessary confidential personal information through AI-generation fields.

For legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • Enforce agreements or Platform permissions.
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, infringement, security events, or unlawful conduct.
  • Protect the rights, property, and safety of Listing Amplified, users, or others.

During a business transfer

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law.

7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Listing Amplified does not sell personal information for money.

Listing Amplified does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information disclosed to service providers for Platform operations or to users and the public as part of requested listing, attribution, lead, or professional-directory features is not intended as a sale of personal information.

If these practices materially change, this policy and any required privacy choices will be updated.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep users signed in.
  • Protect accounts and prevent misuse.
  • Remember preferences.
  • Operate Platform features.
  • Measure visits, clicks, and feature use.
  • Diagnose errors and improve performance.

Browser settings may allow users to block or delete some technologies, but doing so may prevent parts of the Platform from working.

The Platform does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where legally required and technically supported, we will evaluate recognized browser-based privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control.

9. Communications

We may send:

  • Account, verification, security, listing, lead, and service communications.
  • Founding Beta notices.
  • Product announcements and launch updates.
  • Marketing emails where permitted.

Users may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Users may continue to receive necessary account, security, legal, and service messages.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain an active account.
  • Provide the Platform and requested content.
  • Preserve listing, permission, attribution, lead, and consent records.
  • Complete beta, referral, support, or future billing operations.
  • Prevent fraud and address security issues.
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups, security logs, legal records, material previously downloaded by authorized users, or content already published outside the Platform.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No online system, transmission, storage method, or security measure is completely secure. Listing Amplified cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to support@listingamplified.com.

12. Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the request, individuals may ask to:

  • Access personal information associated with them.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete certain information.
  • Obtain information about how their information is used or disclosed.
  • Opt out of promotional email.
  • Request removal or correction of a public professional profile.

Requests may be submitted to privacy@listingamplified.com.

We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, consent evidence, disputes, or completion of requested services.

13. California Privacy Information

California law may provide eligible residents with rights concerning personal information, depending on whether a particular law applies to Listing Amplified and the request.

These rights may include access, correction, deletion, information about collection and disclosure practices, and freedom from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Listing Amplified does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for adults and professional users and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@listingamplified.com.

15. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Platform may contain links to social-media platforms, scheduling tools, websites, and other third-party services.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Listing Amplified is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform, providers, or legal requirements change.

The updated policy will display a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email, and renewed acceptance may be requested when appropriate.
