This Founding Beta Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to users participating in the Listing Amplified Founding Beta.
Listing Amplified is currently operated by Robin Nelson, an individual (“Listing Amplified,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accepting this Agreement or participating in the Founding Beta, you agree to the provisions below, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
The Founding Beta allows a limited group of real estate professionals to use and evaluate Listing Amplified while the Platform is still being tested and refined.
Participants may explore features, use approved listings, provide feedback, and help Listing Amplified understand how agents use its listing-marketing and amplification tools.
The Founding Beta is not a promise that the Platform is complete or ready for unrestricted commercial use.
The initial complimentary Founding Beta is expected to run for approximately 90 days from the official beta launch date announced by Listing Amplified.
Listing Amplified may extend or shorten the beta, change enrollment availability, or close the beta with reasonable notice.
Joining after the official launch does not guarantee every participant a separate 90-day period.
During the initial complimentary Founding Beta:
If Listing Amplified later offers paid access, participants must receive the applicable price, billing frequency, features, important limits, cancellation method, and refund terms before separately and affirmatively enrolling.
Founding Beta participation alone does not authorize an automatic charge.
Qualifying participants may be recognized as Founding Agents.
Potential benefits may include:
Unless Listing Amplified expressly promises otherwise in writing:
Participants are encouraged to provide honest, practical feedback about errors, confusing workflows, feature usefulness, and their experience using the Platform.
Feedback is voluntary unless a specific testing activity expressly states otherwise.
Participants grant Listing Amplified permission to use, summarize, adapt, and incorporate feedback without payment or obligation. Listing Amplified will not publicly attribute private feedback to a participant without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
Participants should promptly report serious security, privacy, permission, or lead-routing concerns to support@listingamplified.com and should not publicly exploit or disclose a suspected vulnerability.
A participant using a real listing must have all authorization reasonably required to upload, generate, display, distribute, and permit approved agents to use the listing and its media.
Listing Agents are responsible for confirming:
Participants must not use the beta to market a listing or media they are not authorized to use.
Demo listings are fictional training examples and must not be promoted as genuine available properties.
Buyer Agents and other amplifying users may use listing materials only for listings they are authorized to amplify.
Participants must:
The beta may include AI-assisted descriptions, captions, scripts, Media Kits, images, videos, and other generated materials.
Participants understand that generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or noncompliant.
Before publishing, participants are responsible for reviewing:
Listing Amplified does not guarantee that generated material is accurate, legally compliant, MLS compliant, or approved by a participant’s brokerage.
The Platform is under active development.
Participants understand that:
Participants should retain independent copies of important materials and should not rely on the beta as the sole storage location for essential business records.
Participants may learn about non-public features, security information, internal operations, or future plans.
Participants agree not to publicly disclose clearly identified confidential or security-sensitive information without permission.
This does not prevent participants from:
Participants may stop participating at any time.
Listing Amplified may suspend or end participation because of:
When participation ends:
Participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, brokerage, fiduciary, franchise, or agency between the participant and Listing Amplified.
Participants remain independent professionals responsible for their own brokerage relationships, advertising, communications, clients, and transactions.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, participation, testing, feedback, referrals, introductions, and suggestions do not entitle a participant to wages, fees, commissions, ownership, equity, royalties, or other compensation.
Any future referral reward is governed by the specific referral terms communicated for that program.
The Founding Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and dispute provisions in the Terms & Conditions also apply to beta participation.
Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Listing Amplified may update this Agreement as the beta develops.
The updated version will display a revised date. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email and may require renewed acceptance.
If a participant does not agree to an updated Agreement, the participant must stop participating in the Founding Beta.
This Agreement is governed by California law.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Contra Costa County, California.
This Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, governs participation in the Founding Beta.
If this Agreement conflicts with the general Terms on a matter specific to the complimentary Founding Beta, this Agreement controls for that beta-specific matter.
